I am now accepting a limited number of in-network insurance clients in partnership with Alma.

Accepted plans vary by state please check our state-specific pages for more information.

  • Aetna

    Services in NY, PA, ME, and AL are covered by most Aetna plans. Please check your insurance with Alma at the link below.

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

    Services are covered by some BCBS plans in NY. Please check your insurance with Headway at the above link to confirm benefits.

If you are not eligible through the link above you may still make an appointment out-of-network.

Step 2: Request an appointment time.

Step 3: Receive confirmation of appointment time.

Within 48 hours of your request, you will receive an email confirming your appointment time. You will also receive access to your patient portal.

Step 4: Complete your paperwork.

Complete the required forms in your patient portal at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Step 5: Meet Me!

Finally, it’s time to get to know each other! :D
The first 15 minute appointment will be screening and consultation to ensure that we are a good fit. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and decide if you would like to move forward with the appointment. If we decide in the first 15 minutes that it’s not a good fit, no worries! I can refer you to another provider and you won’t be charged for the session.

You are responsible for the payment of session fees.

If you have a copay, it will be due at the time of service.

Please note: Please confirm your benefits before booking. If your insurance denies to cover your claim you will be billed for your session.

Medicaid, Medicare, and NYSHIP plans are not accepted.

Credit Card Information is required at booking.

If we decide not to move forward with treatment in the first 15 minutes of your session, you will not be charged.
