Practice Policies
Initial Appointment
When your appointment request is confirmed you will receive an email from: yourprovider@simplepractice.com with a link to your session and your intake paperwork.
Please complete these documents at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you do not receive an email within 72 hours of your appointment request please email me at: miranda@mirandarohelcsw.com
Billing and Payment
All clients must have a credit/debit card on file to schedule appointments.
Session fees are due at the time of service.
Unless we have discussed other arrangements the card on file will be charged the day of service (typically at the close of our session or overnight between 12-2 AM).
Late invoices: Sessions will not be held when there is an existing balance on a patient’s account. We do not want to create financial stress in the form of piling up therapy bills. For this reason, sessions will be paused until there is a 0 balance. Please feel free to reach out to discuss this if you require other arrangements.
No Show Policy
Your appointment time is set aside for you. Due to this we charge a $100 no-show fee for missed or “late cancelled” appointments.
If you cannot make your scheduled appointment please notify us at least 4 hours in advance.
